Single Study
Our music department is pleased to offer you the opportunity to gain access to subjects of interest from within our existing courses, via Single Study units, at one of Australia’s elite music and performing arts training institutions. Over the years, the Single Study program has proved to be an excellent option for musicians who are not enrolled in our full time music courses. Single Study can be a useful tool for improving music performance skills and knowledge, and can also assist in developing students applying for music courses in the future. Further audition will not be necessary if you have already participated in the audition process.
Please note that completion of the Single Study units will not provide any advanced standing or credit towards any WAAPA or ECU course of study at any time and therefore set examinations and assignments associated with your Single Study units are optional. You will not receive a grade/result for the unit or a statement/parchment of completion.
For more information on Single Study at WAAPA, please contact Fiona Millet via email or telephone on 9370 6845.
