In the final lecture in this series, How Piano is your Forte?, Professor Geoffrey Lancaster AM will present an aural journey through the history of the piano.
Professor Lancaster is a pioneer of the historical performance practice movement and of performance-led research. He is among the world’s most acclaimed early keyboardists, performing on the fortepiano (the piano of the 18th and early 19th century), piano and harpsichord.
