The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) cordially invites you to attend this very special and exclusive fundraising event - WAAPA Music Theatre Showstoppers: Exclusive Fundraising event with the cast of Les Misérables.

The cast of Cameron Mackintosh’s acclaimed new production of Les Misérables, which includes 16 WAAPA graduates, along with the show’s Music Director, Geoffrey Castles, are generously donating their time to perform especially for you in this exclusive, one-off celebration of show tunes and showstoppers from the last 30 years of musical theatre. ‘30’, it seems, is the magic number, as WAAPA’s acclaimed Music Theatre program also celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2015.

All proceeds will go towards the hosting of Australasian Overtures: the Musical Theatre Educators’ Alliance Conference, which will bring the world’s leading Music Theatre Educators to Australia for the first time and will help position WAAPA as one of the finest performing arts training institutions in the world.
