Erin Coubrough is an arts manager, leader, and practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in the performing arts industry. Specialising in stage and event management, she has worked across classical music, drama, ballet, musical theatre, and visual art—both in Australia and internationally.
At WAAPA, Erin lectures in Stage Management, drawing on her extensive professional experience to prepare emerging practitioners for industry. Her career highlights include stage managing Once the Musical (2022) and Switzerland (2017) for Black Swan State Theatre Company of WA, serving as Production Stage Manager at West Australian Ballet from 2018 to 2021, and working on large-scale commercial and international productions such as Wicked the Musical (Australia, 2013–2015) and McQueen the Play (West End, 2015).
Erin’s practice is grounded in collaboration, efficiency, and creative integrity. With a Master of Business (Arts and Cultural Management), she is passionate about connecting artistic vision with sustainable arts leadership and supporting the long-term growth of the performing arts sector.
